Warranty and returns

Tampa Bay Photonics provides a limited warranty on all purchased night vision devices. The warranty period and coverage details are as follows:

Warranty Period: The standard warranty period for night vision devices is 10 years. This period begins from the date of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase for warranty claims.

Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects or assembly.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or neglect. It also does not cover normal wear and tear of the device. Blemishes in image intensifier tubes are not valid warranty claims.

Return Shipping: For warranty claims please contact us prior to sending the item as items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for shipping the product. Tampa Bay Photonics will cover the return shipping costs of the repaired or replaced item. Customer return requests will be made in no more than 7 days after delivery confirmation. Shipping fees are non refundable and all returns must be brand new subject to a 10% restock fee.
