Widely regarded as some of the finest aftermarket helmet padding available, 4D Tactical Helmet Pad Retrofit Kits are designed to provide exceptional comfort and long-term wear.

Constructed from soft, pressure-dispersing memory foam, these pads provide a plush, cushioned feel that makes putting on your helmet feel like putting a cloud on your head. The outer material is fully sewn rather than glued, providing superior durability and helping prevent the tearing and separation commonly found with lesser-quality helmet pads.

The generous pad profile helps minimize uncomfortable pressure points, particularly during extended use. This becomes increasingly important as modern headborne systems add weight from night vision devices, mounts, counterweights, hearing protection, and ballistic accessories.

The memory foam becomes firmer in cold temperatures, but quickly warms from body heat within a few minutes. Once warmed, the pads regain their softer feel while also providing a mild degree of insulation in colder environments.

Compatibility:
The standard Deluxe Combat Liner is compatible with most helmet systems that do not use hard foam inserts, including helmets where the pads attach directly to the shell, such as Crye, Team Wendy, and MTEK systems.

The Ops-Core Lux Liner version is specifically designed for the Lux Liner and features thinner pads to accommodate its integrated hard foam insert.
